The story of how we Began
UGC Mastery Academy started with 2 people with the dream of forming the first generation of professional content creators.

The idea was to build the first generation of UGC creators by turning Sydney’s real-world experience into structured, repeatable systems. From day one, the academy was designed around a Socratic mentor–mentee model: asking the right questions, reviewing real work, and developing creators through feedback and standards.
Less than a year after launch, UGC Mastery Academy was already powered by 15+ people across mentorship, operations, and growth.
